Andy Parker is a free spirit, in almost every sense of the phrase. Eric and Mary Ann's younger brother is a living legend in the Columbus skateboarding scene, and has been the lead singer and driving creative force behind the punk band Cheat Death since its inception.

Shortly after his girlfriend Jennifer dumped him in January 2000, Andy slept with his friend Tim Krieger, whom he'd met at a PFLAG meeting, and soon discovered and began exploring his own bisexuality. The two remain friends, but Andy's current romantic interest is the gender-bending drag queen Veronica.

Although Andy is a likeable guy, and secretly the envy of some for his wild ways, he's often a source of frustration to his parents, Bill and Lois, who - open-minded as they are - fail to understand their youngest son.
